In line with the development of specialized production lines and meeting diverse market demands, the project for the design, supply, and installation of a Mixing Plant system, aimed at producing specialty and blended flours, was carried out. This project was executed with specialized consultancy, equipment supply, and installation by SPSKZ, in technical collaboration and equipment provision with Ocrim Italy, one of the global pioneers in the milling and flour processing equipment industry.

The Mixing Plant system designed in this project enables precise blending of different types of flour with approved additives such as enzymes, vitamins, bran, gluten, and other functional ingredients. The process is carried out using advanced mixers equipped with digital weighing and dosing control systems, ensuring high accuracy, product uniformity, and traceability.
