As part of improving milling line performance, enhancing adjustment accuracy, and reducing maintenance costs, SPSKZ has designed and implemented a project for supplying and installing upgraded equipment to modernize old roller mills in flour factories. The main goal of this project is to transform traditional mechanical roller systems into modern, intelligent electronic systems that replace outdated and costly mechanisms with high precision, automatic adjustment capability, and stable operation.
Old mechanical roller mills, due to their reliance on manual adjustments, worn-out parts, and limitations in precise control of roller pressure and performance, often lead to reduced flour quality, increased waste, and frequent production stoppages. Leveraging its technical expertise and industrial experience, SPSKZ has developed and installed new electronic systems including servo motors, digital controllers, position sensors, and touch-screen control panels.
Project Advantages:
Improved flour quality and product consistency
Reduced maintenance costs and production downtimes
Complete conversion of roller adjustment mechanisms from mechanical to electronic
Increased accuracy and speed in adjusting roller gaps and milling pressure
Reduced dependence on specialized operators and minimized human error

This project is implemented by the SPSKZ technical team in compliance with safety standards, industrial hygiene, and each factory’s technical requirements, representing a significant step toward modernizing production infrastructure and enhancing the competitiveness of flour mills.
